Google Improves Mobile Search on Android, webOS and iPhone

on 14:35

Everyone that happens to own an iPhone, Android or webOS smartphone in the USA will be happy to notice that Google has decided to improve mobile search capabilities for these platforms. Users will be available to take advantage of search features similar to those found on the regular Google search engine version found on your PC. These new search options will definitely improve the quality of your results as you’ll be able to add various filters to your future searches. By using specific filters like “forums” or “time of day” you’ll be able to find the most relevant and most recent articles, news and even user opinion related to the topics, products or events that you happen to Google for while you’re on the move. Unfortunately, in case you own a Symbian of Windows Mobile smartphone you should consider either switching platforms or wait for Google to remember you exist too. The upgraded mobile search engine is available for now just for iPhone OS, Android and webOS handsets.
